Free Shipping Information
Free standard shipping applies to orders of $125 or more of qualifying items marked as "Eligible for Combined Free Shipping" (see image below).
Standard Shipping Definition
Standard shipping means USPS or UPS methods of our choice via ground or economy class. Choosing "Free Shipping" at checkout leaves the carrier and class choice to our discretion.
Free Shipping Eligibility
Place an order totaling $125 or more in qualifying products and free shipping will automatically applied to your cart. Customer MUST choose free shipping at checkout. Order total must reach $125 before tax and excluding the cost of any ineligible products. Items that are oversized or overweight do not qualify for free shipping. Taxes and cores do not count towards the total.
NOTE: Orders placed that circumvent this requirement will be subject to the addition of the actual shipping cost for the ineligible product(s). If the total of the remaining item's are less than $125 worth of qualifying products the full standard shipping costs will apply.
Triple R reserves the right to cancel orders that are placed that do not meet the requirements or that we feel were "glitched" or otherwise placed with the intention of fooling the system in believing the order meets the requirements when it does not. Triple R is not responsible for glitches or service defects that allow improper use of this promo.
LTL Shipping
Orders of substantial quantities of eligible products exceeding the size and / or weight to be able to ship via standard shipping may no longer qualify for free shipping. At Triple R's discretion we may ship LTL and absorb the cost less any fees associated with the delivery (residential, liftgate, etc), or we may contact you and give you the option of paying some (or all) of the shipping costs or change /cancel the order.
Gray, Norco or any other item(s) that normally offers free LTL shipping will still be responsible for residential and/or liftgate fees as they normally would incur.
Items not marked as "Eligible for Combined Free Shipping" will NOT qualify for free shipping. These include:
