Parcel Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped within one business day. For UPS & FedEx shipments, If the order is placed before 1pm Eastern on a business day (M-F excluding holidays) and we have it on the shelf for immediate shipment it will leave the same business day. Occasionally an item may take one business day handling. However, if there will be more than a one day delay we will contact you. USPS Order cutoff may be as early as 11am as the postal service does not offer time scheduled pickups.
A note regarding delivery date estimates: 'Approximate Delivery Date' information is provided by the carrier based on their standard travel time from our location in SE PA to the location you provide as your shipping address. Certain variables can occur, such as weather, address issues, location access issues, labor shortages, etc. that may change the delivery date while in transit. As such, Triple R does not accept ANY responsibility for deliveries that arrive after the initial estimate provided. This includes next day and/or 2nd day services.
- We offer USPS, UPS. FedEx, FedEx Freight and UPS Freight / T-Force LTL services. However some items, particularly larger items, will only ship UPS or FedEx (most items over 1lb). We strongly recommend FedEx or UPS for all shipments regardless, especially for items larger than a shoe box! Due to the continued issues at the US Postal Service, Triple R assumes no responsibility for delayed or lost items chosen by customers to ship USPS.
- Triple R only ships to the 48 Continuous United States and Alaska (some items are not available to ship to Alaska including Gray equipment). While we'd love to ship to Canada, unfortunately customs declarations have made it not economically feasible to do so. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- For all other countries: We do NOT ship internationally due to increased fraud risk and incurred costs. Please do not contact us to ask to ship internationally as this is a NO EXCEPTIONS policy. Also of note, we do not ship to freight forwarding companies for overseas shipment.
- Some Donaldson and Gray products may ship directly from the manufacturer via a method of their own discretion. We will always provide a tracking number regardless of where the product ships from. Please note, direct ship products may require a day handling time.
- PLEASE NOTE: Triple R will not "Blind Ship" a purchase. We do not drop ship for other suppliers without previous arrangements. If you are a reseller and comment or send a message to "blind ship" an order it will be ignored and the package will receive the same handling and packing slip that we do with every order. Triple R maintains complete transparency with our customers and in our opinion "blind shipping" is a deceptive practice, especially when purchasing at our full online price and re-selling it higher than the customer can purchase it directly from us.
- A note regarding shipping addresses: In most cases the billing address and shipping address and name must match or the transaction may be declined or canceled. Exceptions to this are PO Boxes for billing and physical addresses for shipping (the name must still match however), business purchases and Gray commercial delivery locations. Should you wish to ship to a different address and not risk your order being flagged or canceled please contact us.
Our shipping rates are based on the weight and dimensions of the item(s). We only charge actual shipping rates! Unlike many other eTailer's we do not mark up our pricing or charge "handling" fees! Beware of other vendors who sell products at a deep discount to get you to their site only to gouge you in shipping! YOU WILL NEVER FIND THAT AT TRIPLE R!!!
