Returns
We offer a 90 day return policy on all of our items. All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item is stated otherwise in our listing. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number.
Should you wish to return an item simply log in to your account, go to your orders and request a return. Once requested we will respond to your request within 1 business day. Please print and include a copy of the RMA and/or original invoice with the RMA number written on it, with every return.
All returned goods must be in their original state in resalable condition (In their original packaging and are not used, installed, or disassembled or otherwise unsaleable). If the product was used or has been installed, fully or partially, then it is non-returnable. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. If the item was shipped free we may deduct the actual cost for our shipping from your refund. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 15% on returns of Gray Products. Buyers are responsible for return shipping. If an item is requested to be returned due to being an alleged defect, and the item is deemed to be defective, shipping will be reimbursed.
You may return products that, (1) Are in their original packaging (2) Have original manufacturer information (3) Are not used, installed, or disassembled (4) Are not damaged due to incorrect installation (5) Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions or having been altered in any way. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
SOME ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE:
Items marked as "(OB)" are discontinued by the manufacturer (obsolete) and as such all sales are final. These items are not returnable. Items marked "(SO)" are items we no longer carry but still have inventory in stock. Once these items are out of stock we will not be reordering them. As such returns for items marked SO are reviewed on a case by case basis for return eligibility. Additionally some special order / drop shipped items may not be returnable.
Also, some items are not returnable regardless of stocking status. These include batteries (other than cores), rotating electrical and any other electrical product that has been installed, wired or plugged in as well as Gray repair kits.
Any warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Items that we sell are in the original factory state and packaging unless otherwise stated. However, for many alleged defective items that fail within the first 14 days, we will make a good faith attempt to get remedy the issue via repair or replacement only. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost and ship the replacement to you at no cost.
The exception to this is Delco Remy products. All Delco Remy warranties must be returned to Delco for break down and inspection prior to any refund or compensation being issued.
For some items we reserve the right to direct you to the manufacturer for warranty consideration. This is especially true of items by Gray Manufacturing. Often perceived defects are easily resolved by the Gray technical department without replacement or service. Any item in which you wish to claim more than just the replacement of the item will be directed to the manufacturers policies as well.
