Shipping

Most orders are shipped within one business day.  If the order is placed before noon on a business day (M-F excluding holidays) and we have it on the shelf for immediate shipment it may leave the same business day.  If there will be more than a one day delay we will contact you.

The majority of our items ship USPS.  However some items, particularly larger items, may ship UPS. Some Donaldson and Gray products may ship directly from the manufacturer via a method of their own discretion.  We will always provide a tracking number regardless of where the product ships from.  Please note, Donaldson direct ship products may require a day handling time.

Gray items will ship via truck freight and will require an additional 2-3 days handling time due to the nature of the LTL industry.  For items shipped truck freight "free shipping" includes commercial delivery to a facility with a forklift or other means to receive the item from a trailer.  Residential delivery may require an additional charge as well as liftgate service.  These charges are additional and you will be contacted prior to shipping if the freight company is requiring these charges.  You will then have the option of paying the charges prior to shipping or change the shipping address to a commercial facility.

While many products offer free shipping please understand that if you choose to return a product due to no fault of our own you may be responsible for return shipping.  Additionally your refund may be less our actual shipping costs for the initial shipment.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.  Thank you for your business!  

The majority of items that we carry are shipped via USPS.  However on most items there is an option to choose UPS Ground shipping.  Chose wisely as often it takes the same amount of time (sometimes even less) for your order to arrive via USPS for a much cheaper rate.  For information on transit times you can check at the links below.  For orders totaling over $150 standard shipping is free unless specifically marked with a shipping cost (ie mufflers, etc).  On items that are not shipped free or with fixed shipping costs like mufflers, the shipping rate is based on the weight of the item(s).  We only charge actual shipping rates!  We do not mark up our pricing or charge "handling" fees.  

We ship to confirmed PayPal addresses only (Gray may be an exception- see above). Before purchasing our parts or item(s), please make sure that either (1) your PayPal account has a confirmed physical address, or (2) you personally supply us with a sufficient physical shipping address.  We currently only ship to the 48 continental United States and Canada.  If you would like a quote to ship an item to Alaska or Hawaii or for rush delivery (Monday through Friday only) please contact us at info@triplertruckparts.com

Returns

We offer a 14 day return policy on all of our items. All of our products are new and are in unused condition unless the item is stated otherwise in our listing. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct part number.

Should you wish to return an item (s) we ask that you please contact us via email or by calling before attempting to return any product(s) so that we may issue an RGA. All returned goods must be in their original state in resalable condition (In their original packaging and are not used, installed, or disassembled or otherwise unsaleable). If the product was used or has been installed, fully or partially, then it is non-returnable. Shipping Fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 15% on all new returns.

Any warranties are provided by the manufacturer.  Items that we sell are in the original factory state and packaging unless otherwise stated.  However, for many alleged defective items that fail within the first 14 days, we will make a good faith attempt to get remedy the issue via repair or replacement only.  Please contact us via email or phone to obtain an RGA.   You may return products that, (1) Are in their original packaging (2) Have original manufacturer information (3) Are not used, installed, or disassembled (4) Are not damaged due to incorrect installation (5) Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions or having been altered in any way. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost and ship the replacement to you at no cost.  For some items we reserve the right to direct you to the manufacturer for warranty consideration.  This is especially true of items by Gray Manufacturing, Donaldson and/or any item in which you wish to claim more than just the replacement of the item.
